When I was pregnant and decided I wanted the Orbit, I knew 2 things - it was unique and I could fold it with one hand. Little did I know how much one-handed folding I’d do. When my daughter Amalia was born we found out that she was profoundly deaf and was a candidate for cochlear implants. As parents of a child with medical issues know, there are hundreds of appointments to run to. From hearing aid fittings, audiologists, and speech therapist, to surgeons, EKGs, CT scans and regular pediatrician appointments, I found myself constantly running around with her – often alone. There I am, juggling a Starbucks in one hand, diaper bag over my shoulder, car keys on my pinky and a cell phone in my ear, popping her into the car base with one hand. Without putting anything down, I lift and fold the stroller into my trunk and off we go. This stroller changed the way I travel because now I can.

Orbit's reliability, easy handling, and light weight stroller shines high in the sky. I was traveling with my 3-month-old daughter from Chicago to Seattle. We were one of the many busy travelers going through the hectic security checkpoint in the airport. Security advised that I had to fold up my stroller, take out my lap top, take my baby out of the infant seat, take off my shoes, and hold my baby all at once. When the crisis hit, thank goodness for Orbit! I had a dad come up to me and say he was so concerned watching from a distance but was SHOCKED at how I was able to fold up my stroller with the one hand and hold my baby with the other. I had multiple travelers and flight attendants say they had never seen a travel system like mine. As I entered the jetway I had to collapse my stroller once again to have it placed under the plane. With one smooth move my stroller was packed up and ready to go. Orbit allowed me to focus on my number one priority…my baby!

We use our Orbit HARD! We do not own a car so we are constantly in buses, trains, and cabs. People give us funny looks when our stroller rolls by. When I have to get on a bus or up onto a train (with three large steps, mind you) the funny looks turn to amazement. Occasionally I will get a "do you need help with that?" I politely decline because the Orbit makes it so easy. I hold the carrier in one hand, do the one handed fold with the other, and I am up onto the train, bus, or in the cab in a matter of seconds. I cannot imagine doing all that with any other system. I do not ever feel hindered by taking the baby out because I know going anywhere will be easy with the Orbit system. I rave about it to anyone I come across. We love the system so much we have decided not to have another baby until Camille can walk :)

A year ago, before Orbit & Charlie, I could be seen in airport terminals w/Oliver in his Bjorn, a purse, a diaper bag &, his car seat balanced on my head. My husband travels all over the country for his job & we try to visit him on his long term engagements so this overloaded mama scenario was carried out over 5 times until I discovered Orbit. The convenience of the car seat locking onto the stroller is a better invention than sliced bread! We took Orbit to Beijing this past summer & France last October. Not only did we have a super safe car seat, we also had a stroller. It made life easier while we had an 8hr layover in Tokyo & it strolled nicely on the streets of Marseille & Paris. I now use the infant car seat & it is just as lovely! We have yet to fly with Charlie since he is only 8 weeks old but we do have a trip to Monterey in May & a trip to Poland in August. I have nothing but confidence in the new seat being just as convenient as the other products we own. Thank you!

The Orbit infant stroller system has been the most exciting, accessible product I have purchased for my baby! My husband says it’s the smartest investment we've made with a baby product.  It has made our life so much easier.  When we're out with our daughter Giavanna we watch other mothers and fathers struggle with their bulky strollers.  I am able to maneuver in and out of small boutiques, quickly and easily get in and out of my car, and we enjoy sitting her at the table when we're out for dinner.  I loved having the Paparazzi Shield when she was first born because it enabled us to take her everywhere and keep her covered from germs, and the outside elements.  With this infant stroller system it is so true you get what you pay for. I love it and recommend it to everyone I know.  It’s great to know that my baby is safe and stylish at the same time.  Every woman who just has a baby wants to look and feel stylish and fathers look pretty good pushing the Orbit too. He was buckled into his Orbit outside the front door in the hallway. I heard my wife ask, "Did you grab your water?” I turned just inside the door to grab it, leaving the Orbit and my son parked safely (or so I thought)...not a moment later, we both heard a crash. We immediately looked at each other terrified - I had forgotten to lock the brakes! For the longest 3 seconds of my life, I thought I killed our son. Without hesitation, I darted out the door, leaping over the entire flight of stairs, as if I could fly, finding our son's Orbit upside down at the bottom! I flipped him over to check for injuries...he was “shaken, but not stirred”...in fact, he didn't have a single scratch! There was barely even a mark on the Orbit that had just tumbled end over end down an entire flight of stairs. Overwhelming tears of relief poured from our eyes. The first words we were able to utter were, "Any other stroller…thank God we bought an Orbit – it’s indestructible!” Sturdy enough to withstand the missteps of a first time father…that’s an Orbit! Next time, we’ll just take him to Disney instead.

My son Aidan should be born in July. I have visited many stores to check out strollers, all my friends have the Bugaboo. I contacted Orbit by email with many questions. Within 24 hours Rosie Brabeck contacted me with all the answers. I felt the personal customer service that I like in a company.  One day at dinner with friends someone asked, "What stroller are you getting?" so I told them and they commented on the price. Well, the next thing out of my husband's mouth was, "What, for a stroller? My first car cost less! We are talking about a stroller here, aren't we?" At that point and at the same time, without any pause, all three women at the table yelled,"But the Orbit is a system!" We laughed for a good 10 minutes, OMG, did we get a good laugh in. Due to the fact my husband did not want to fight, he dropped the topic. The following day I took him to look at the Orbit. To say the very least, he was impressed! Now when we are asked,"so what stroller did you choose?" my husband says,"Orbit, you gotta see this thing. It's a system!"

My husband and I are expecting our first child on July 24th and are incredibly excited! For almost two years we researched the Orbit Baby travel system and determined early on that because of its amazing innovations, the Orbit was definitely a fit for our family.  A month ago we received our Orbit Infant System.  On the scheduled delivery date I almost shut down the UPS website with my constant page refreshing.  Once it was confirmed that the Orbit was indeed sitting on our porch, I left work and rushed out the door. I didn’t expect that after opening the box it would only take about 10 minutes to get the system working.  I immediately took pictures and posted them to my Facebook profile. Now when anyone comes to our home I lead them to the nursery and do a complete demonstration of our Orbit while my husband laughs.  I wish I had a better, more exciting travel story to share with you, but we do plan on traveling quite a bit after the baby is born.  I will be sure to send you additional, more relevant travel stories and photos once our baby arrives!

I live in Southern California but travel to NYC often for business. Three months after having my first child, I needed to go to New York for a business trip and because my baby was so young, I needed to take him with me. I was dreading the difficulty I might encounter trying to maneuver his stroller though airports, crowded cafes, and especially taxi's. Things move very quickly there and I wasn't sure how I would do transitioning in to that pace with a new baby.

The Orbit made the entire journey a breeze. I was able to get through airport security in a flash, utilize the spinning feature in crowded cafes, and most importantly, get in and out of cabs and on my way very quickly. I love that the stroller base unfolds with one hand so easily. The product is genius and truly maximizes form and function! The stroller received more attention than my new adorable son!
