After-Impact
Exchange Program
Orbit Baby provides an After-Impact Exchange Program for child
restraints that have been involved in a serious crash. To be eligible
for a replacement child restraint you must contact Orbit Baby within
60 days and provide information regarding the incident, including
official documentation. If you are determined to be eligible, Orbit
Baby will replace your product.
There is no state or federal law that requires Orbit Baby to replace
child restraints. There are state laws in California and Illinois
that
require the insurance company to replace the insured's child restraint
if it has been involved in a collision. The after-impact exchange
program is totally voluntary and Orbit Baby is not obligated or
bound by
law to grant any exchanges. The after-impact exchange program only
applies to Orbit products purchased and used in the United States
of
America. Orbit Baby does not suggest that every request for an
exchange
will be granted and reserves the right to deny an exchange, or
to modify
or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
Please contact Orbit Baby at support@orbitbaby.com,
or 1-877-ORB-BABY, if you need assistance with this program.
